I’ve never had a video review before, and I have to say, it is just as fantastic as I thought! Kat’s review made a big smile come to my face and happy tears spring to my eyes. It’s a rare occasion when you can actually feel how much your book touched someone, and this is one of those occasions. So to say I am just happy about this review is a HUGE understatement. This is one of those reviews that I will never forget. As much as my book touched her, I feel like in turn she has touched my life with her review.

Thank you, Kat! You are truly, one of a kind!

I’ve been in a funk. I’m stressed out and feel like my life is spinning out of control. *head/desk* I haven’t taken the time to sit and breath calmly let alone read much. I am so very thankful I said I’d review Annie Rose Welch’s Red Dirt Road. I fell hard for Marigny Street, the first book in The Saving Angels Series, and this second installment did not disappoint. Once again the writing style immersed me into the story. I loved being witness to Layla and Michael’s journey. This story is about love, risk and fighting to have Joie de vivre and well… love life. I needed that reminder. It’s woven into the story and not preachy. I felt lighter and more at peace when I finishedRed Dirt Road than I have awhile.

I recommend you pick up a book, any book, by Annie Rose Welch. I have Lotus Blossom Lane next on my TBR stack (It’s her new release!). I am so glad these books where brought to my attention. Each one I’ve read gets added to my favs shelf. I LOVE them.

(((hugs))) Kat
