Time seems to be flying! Tomorrow is the BIG DAY! Release Day for Book I, which means that the finale, the last video in the four-part video series, Video 4, is up on YouTube!

During Video 1, I explained how the story took root, how it evolved into a seven-part saga, and how it changed me as a writer. You were introduced to Scarlett & Brando during Video 2—my personal favorite. In Video 3, we took virtual vacation to all of the beautiful places found inside of the books—from Book 1 to Book 7. We burned a lot of miles.

Today, I introduce you to the Fausti Famiglia, a family that is as beautiful as they are ruthless. Check out Video 4 to meet this interesting family, and to hear Brando give you his perception of them—I read his words straight from the book.

7. ‘Seven’ is Brando’s nickname in the book, because he’s luckier than most. I thought it was fitting to kick this list off with some Brando luck.

6. It’s Mafia Romance! Which means that it’s filled with ruthless, beautiful people, fast cars, and exotic locations.

5. It’s much more than ‘Mafia Romance.’ These books have so many wonderful secondary characters and enriching subplots. Though by book 3, you’re submersed in the world I mentioned above, love is still the central theme, and so is Scarlett and Brando’s relationship. It’s also told in dual POVs, so you get more than one rabbit hole, so to speak.

4. The big ‘O’…get your mind out of the gutter. 😉 Though there are plenty of those, but that magic can be found inside of the books. No, I’m talking about the slew of gorgeous (alpha) Italian men, all of their names ending in O. Later in the books, there’s a beautiful Russian assassin named Lev. And I can’t forget Mitch & Mick!

3. The ballet. I found that it created the perfect contrast to the hard situations in these books. Scarlett’s graceful demeanor defiantly highlights Brando’s tough nature, but at the same time, shows just how gorgeous they are together.

2. Scarlett and Brando’s love story. Here’s what one reviewer said, “Scarlett and Brando have this connection that you can’t really place!” There’s a definite spark between them that’s felt off the page—I certainly felt it, and was compelled to keep writing. If I could include the fire emoji here, I would. That pretty much sums them up.
